Cialis, also known as tadalafil, is used to treat erectile dysfunction in men. It is also used for a disease called benign prostatic hyperplasia, benign prostatic hyperplasia, or BPH in men. These medications increase urine flow and reduce the symptoms of BPH.
Tadalafil is used to treat men with erectile dysfunction (also called sexual impotence). Tadalafil belongs to a group of drugs called the phosphodiesterase inhibitor 5 (PDE5), this drug is an enzyme called phosphodiesterase. It prevents type 5 from running too fast.
The penis is one of the places where this enzyme works. Male impotence is a condition in which the penis does not become stiff and swollen when the penis is aroused or unable to control. A man is sexually aroused and the natural environment is for him to add blood to his penis and produce a husband.By regulating enzymes, tadalafil helps maintain stability after the penis is affected by increased blood flow to the penis. Without physical activity in the penis, as it occurs during sex, tadalafil does not work until it tears.
It is also used to treat men with signs and symptoms of chronic hyperplasia (BPH). HPB is caused by enlarging the prostate. Men with BPH have difficulty urinating, have less urination, often have a delayed onset of urination, and need to wake up at night to urinate. The drug is also used to treat insomnia and signs and symptoms of BPH.
Tadalafil is used by both men and women. A woman who treats the symptoms of pulmonary hypertension. High blood pressure occurs in the large arteries that carry blood from the right side of the heart (the ventricles) to the lungs. As the small blood vessels in the lungs resist blood flow, the right ventricle must make more efforts to drain enough blood from the lungs.Tadalafil acts on PDE5 enzymes in the lungs to relax blood vessels. This increases blood flow to the lungs and reduces heart rate.
